Beneath the December Full Moon in Playa del Carmen, we gathered to remember who we are when the noise fades and to allow the body to speak. This gathering was a return to inner authority; a reclamation of power that lives in breath, voice, laughter, and stillness. Through guided meditation, sound bowl immersion, music, and spontaneous joy, we softened the places where generations before us had learned to hold too much. The work was gentle yet profound.

We released inherited weight carried through our bloodlines; grief never named, roles never chosen, strength forged through silence. With the support of rhythm, vibration, and shared presence, those old stories loosened their grip and returned to the earth to be composted into something new. There was laughter, deep, cleansing, irreverent laughter, and moments of quiet where time seemed to pause. The body remembered how to feel safe in truth. The heart remembered how to lead without effort.

This was not a retreat to fix or become. It was an unbinding. An honoring of the wisdom held in women’s bodies. A restoration of joy as a sacred force. Remembering that power does not need to push; it simply arrives when we stop abandoning ourselves. Under the Full Moon, something shifted. Not loudly but permanently. Each woman returned carrying less weight and more of herself; grounded, luminous, and rooted in her own rhythm.
